It might be that they are available on-demand either in the Cartoon Network app, on their site or somewhere else, as the episode where I got the title cards from clearly showed the Cartoon Network logo. Unfortunately I don't live in the U.S. I think the leak policy is a bit inflexible, as something which can already be confirmed is confirmed much later. On the German Bakugan Wiki there were no problems regarding the leaked images. I run plenty of wikis and none of them ever had copyright problems due to some images. As well if there are copyright claims or cease-and-desist warning they still can be deleted.

According to Deven Mack, the episodes apparently are going to be released on-demand so this could explain why it showed up early.
