The fifth and final regional tournament was held in New York City. The National Tournament was held in the same place. The event took place in the Roseland Ballroom. The exclusive ability card from this event was '''Ice Out.''' The NY Tournament was the only Regional that lasted only one day, every other Regional was two days. This was the only Regional Tournament where the quarter finalists were all undefeated.
