Several new Bakugan were introduced, the design for the Bakugan became more unique, evolving from the more simple designs.
Most importantly, a new type of Bakugan was introduced to the game, these were called [[Bakugan TrapsTrap]]s.
Other special treatments were introduced such as BakuSteel and BakuCore.
