After [[Eva-Q8]] tells him that they need a [[Ventus]] DNA Fragment, he reveals he had a Ventus DNA Fragment on him. However, in exchange for the Fragment, they would have to defeat him first. After the party emerges victorious, he hands over the Fragment before leaving.
