 '''Net Throwers''' are pistol-like devices, that shoot nets that wrap around the enemy. They were possibly made by the [[Vestals]]. They were only seen once in the anime, in''[[ Mylene's Meltdown| ''Mylene's Meltdown]]'']], when they were used by [[Marucho]], [[Baron]], [[Mira Fermin|Mira]], [[Ace]], and [[Julie]] to capture [[Mylene]] and [[Shadow Prove]] who tried to invade Marucho's house. However, they were not very effective, since Mylene was able to cut and dodge the nets.
