Aurelus is the attribute of Earth found on Bakugan. It has the distinction of being the only attribute in the new system introduced in Bakugan: Battle Planet to replace an attribute from the old system (Subterra).

- It is the only attribute that had its name changed from the Battle Brawlers franchise to the Battle Planet reboot. There are various possible reasons as to why the name change happened, ranging from possible legal reasons to a branding change. The reason for the change is currently unknown.
