Aurelus is a mysterious Faction introduced in Bakugan: Battle Planet. Aurelus Bakugan are gold colored and have high B-Power but do not have Ability Cards (besides Evo Cards) currently. This faction replaces Subterra (Ventus is now the Earth Faction), as Subterra was removed "due to it being unpopular".
Gameplay
Aurelus Bakugan are generally more powerful than other factions in terms of B-Power. However, they have virtually no support in the game, with the only Aurelus-attributed abilities being Evo cards.

Etymology
Aurelus comes from "aurum", the Latin word for gold, in reference to the gold primary color of an Aurelus Bakugan.
