This season continues Unlike previous seasons, ''Bakugan: Geogan Rising'' only has two major card sets. While both sets were initially planned to see wide release, due to the silent cancellation of the Trading Card Game, only small amounts of the trading card game by introducing sets were produced and distributed, being limited to cards available in toy releases. Only [[Secrets of the seventh Geogan]] saw [[RebootStarter Set]] s and Promo Cards released for it. The major card set, sets from ''Bakugan: Geogan Rising'' are:*[[Secrets of the Geogan]]*[[GG]] In addition, a minor card set, [[CP]], was also released, containing character cards associated with the Costume Cubbo line.  This set season introduces a new card type: mechanic for the Trading Card Game - [[Geogan Card|Geogan Cards]]s. The set [[GG]] follows Secrets of the Geogan. Both of these sets have only been made available in conjunction with toy packs, following which replace the continued struggle active Bakugan for distribution faced by the previous year's distribution problemsturn and act as a re-roll card.

The Bakugan show will continue for a third season with a total of 26x22min (52x11min ) episodes per segment; and it began airing on January 24th 2021 on Teletoon Canada.
