Dark Hound is an elite mechanical dog-like Bakugan Trap and the Darkus part of the Maxus Dragonoid set. It looks similar to Grakas Hound, but with minor differences.

Description
Dark Hound is a Bakugan Trap that gives the ability to change a Bakugan's Attribute. It is the fastest of all the Bakugan Traps and can sniff out opponents who are hiding. It combines with Neo Dragonoid to form 7 in 1 Maxus Dragonoid.

Dark Hound was seen in Wall To Wall Brawl, under the ownership of Gus and Mira. Spectra ordered Gus and Mira to test the Maxus Traps against Dan and Ace. Soon, Dark Hound, Spyderfencer and Grakas Hound were defeated by Drago and Percival, claiming the Bakugan that lost. Brachium, Drafias and Spitarm were soon also defeated and claimed by Dan and Drago.

- Darkus Cave: Adds 100 Gs to Dark Hound.
- Darkus Paralyze: Prevents the opponent from activating abilities.
Physical Game
Dark Hound is exclusive to the Maxus Dragonoid set.
Like other Traps in Maxus Dragonoid set, Dark Hound can only switch to its opposite Attribute, Haos. In the show, the Maxus Dragonoid parts are treated like normal Bakugan.
