'Dio' is from the Italian word for God while 'Sivac' may be derived from [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shiva Shiva], a major Hindu deity. 'Savac' comes from the Japanese verb {{nihongo|"To Judge"|裁く|''sabaku''}}.
