Flowing Surf is a Fast Dodge Back defense that adds lasts for two turns and an Attack to the user's Action Bar. If you win the player wins an [[Agility]] Contest, you they dodge to Far Range. This Defense adds an Attack to your Action Bar. If you are the player is attacked while you they have a full Action Bar, the opponent's Attacks cannot reach Far Range. It lasts for two turns and it is Fast. It is considered the best Defense/Interrupt Defense on Bakugan Dimensions.
