==Description==
Tidal Surge triggers a Combo Continue and grants the player a Special Move if the damage it deals is Weak or lower. If you win the player wins a [[Willpower]] Contest, it reaches Far Range. If this Attack deals Weak Damage or less, you gain a Special Move. It is also a Combo Continue.
