He suggests they deal with Drago to weaken them and abolish their clan for good. Backslash pleads to allow his Insect Clan to take down the Misfit Clan, having a master plan to end the Misfits. Back at the Misfit MOD, Juno is pranking Dan and his friends by hacking their devices. Griffin work together suggests to Juno that instead of pranking, she could find a way to give their Bakugan a competitive edge. Juno discovers that the alien card device the Misfit use has more to unlock it. Although the HUD shows Bakugan stats, she discovers there is a new Bakugan powers while Nillious gathers variant within the code that is combined from various energy sources. Juno gives this gold variant to Griffin's Bakugan to roll out, showcasing [[Gold (Generation 3)|Bakugan Gold Evolution]]. Although the Misfits want to hide this new power, the Insect Clan was watching them the whole time.  Juno decides to test out Gold Evolution by brawling with Backslash. Bruiser starts out struggling to use his new golden (axe) weapon due to him not being experienced using it before. The Brawlers notice a golden B.A.M. on the battlefield, which Juno runs towards. Backslash tells Mantid to finish the battle with '''Prey Ball''' but Juno makes it to the power-up in time. The B.A.M. gives Bruiser an additional golden weapon, which is a golden hammer. Bruiser reflects Mantid's attack back with his new golden weapon and defeats Mantid. The other clan leaders Misfits congratulate Juno on winning the battle and thank her for finding this new technology. Despite Backslash losing the battle, he had secretly been recording this new Gold Evolution discovery to plot expose the Misfits’ demiseMisfit Clan.
