Sacrifice is a Tag-Word Ability that was introduced in the first Bakugan Battle Planet card set, Battle Brawlers. It it seen mainly on Darkus Factioned cards.

Cards with Sacrifice get their bonus effects if the player playing the card discards a card from their hand as the Sacrifice effect resolves.[1]
