Tohga is a spiky blond-haired and yellow-eyed young man with a tall and imposing stature. He has some black face paint at the sides of his forehead and his cheeks. He wears a black hakama, lime green socks; a yellow vest with the inscription of Jyou (上, Jyou?), yellow armbands, yellow shoes; all of which has a pattern of lime green lines.

In his debut, Tohga enters and takes the signboard of the Bakugan Dojo. His Acro Gezard overwhelmed and destroyed Team Dragaon's BakuTechs during the ensuing brawl.
His first person pronoun is "Washi."
