'''Deka Bakugan''' are 3" (10 cm) super-sized [[Bakugan]]. Like the normal-sized Bakugan, they open-up when attracted to a metal surface. In a package, there is one Deka Bakugan and one normal [[Gate Card]]. There are also Deka Assault Packs which contain three Deka Bakugan and three Deka [[Gate Card]]s. Deka [[Trap]]s and Deka [[Bakugan Battle Gear|Gear]] were later introduced in ''[[Bakugan: New Vestroia]]'', and ''[[Bakugan: Gundalian Invaders]]'' respectively. They did not appear in ''[[Mechtanium Surge]]'' but returned in the reboot, ''[[Battle Planet]]''. A unique Bakugan that is Deka sized appears in ''[[BakuTech! Bakugan Gachi]]'', known as [[DraThron]].
