In the trading card aspect of the game, they act as Evolutions and have high B Powers. Diamond Bakugan are rare, each one being limited to one per case, so they may be difficult to find in stores.

Diamond Bakugan are partially [[Clear]], similar to [[BakuMutation|BakuMutations]]. Their [[Ability Card (Battle Planet)|Ability Card]]s show them as evolutions. The Diamond Bakugan themselves have no different ruling in gameplay than the normal ones. Diamond Bakugan come with the Character Cards for that Bakugan in its anime [[Faction]] (for example, a Diamond Dragonoid is treated as a normal Pyrus Dragonoid for gameplay purposes).
