In the trading card aspect of the game, they act as [[Evo Card|Evolutions ]] and have high [[B Powers-Power]]s. Diamond Bakugan are rare, each one being limited to one per case, so they may be difficult to find in stores.

Diamond Bakugan are partially [[Clear]], similar to [[BakuMutation|BakuMutations]]. Their [[Character Ability Card (Battle PlanetReboot)|Character Ability Card]]s show them as evolutions. The Diamond Bakugan themselves have no different ruling in gameplay than the normal ones. Diamond Bakugan (except for the Core design Solo Packs) come with the Character Cards for that Bakugan in its anime [[Faction]] (for example, a Diamond Dragonoid is treated as a normal Pyrus Dragonoid for gameplay purposes). ===Rules===Diamond Bakugan are considered to be evolutions from their normal Bakugan. Initially, once you used one, you were not permitted to go back and use any other evolution cards on them.
