Housekeeping
- Find some missing pages like Super G BakuMutant and missing files like Koptorix (Card) that are on the old wiki
- remove hyperlinks for wiki pages as some people decided to use [ ] instead of [[ ]]
- redirect pages (possibly 2+) because some pages will have show red text because some used Dan instead of Dan Kuso or made Dan Kuso into "Dan"
