The toyline also had a second half that was released alongside the second arc of the anime. The toyline introduced Sky Raiders (Bakugan that could jump), Battle Suits, Bakugan vs. Marvel, more Mechtogan, and Mechtogan Destroyers. Other special treatments were released such as Baku Camo Surge and BakuSpark, but some were exclusive to Europe. Another type of Bakugan, called BakuBlasters was released exclusively in Europe. These were larger Bakugan (36mm) that could shoot discs.
The End of Bakugan
After the final episode of the Legacy Series anime, this was the end of Bakugan. Of course SpinMaster decided to release one more product later, but this was the farewell for the transforming marble brand. Some of SpinMasters plans such as BakuSpark and BakuBlasters did not get released in North America but ended up being released when Europe was selling the season 4 products and airing the anime.

Many of SpinMasters plans for the fourth season is still a mystery. Some Special Treatment Bakugan have been found on auction sites, some Combat Bakugan were also seen that were never released, and even an unreleased Mechtogan. Some BakuNano were also extremely rare or never released such as the Wave 3 ones, there were other BakuNano supposed to be released in the future such as Reconblast and Zillinger but were most likely cancelled. Other Bakugan including the Marvel Bakugan Thor and Hulk had prototypes but did not get released.

Sega Toys decided to continue creating Bakugan in Japan under BakuTech but this only lasted 2 years.

Bakugan was not dead in the mind of SpinMaster, as in late 2015, the company began to start rebooting the series.

In late 2018, Bakugan finally returned and was rebooted, the transforming ball aspect on metal objects continued, but some things were changed. Unfortunately, Sega Toys is not working with SpinMaster this time, Sega Toys currently holds the rights to the designs of the Legacy Bakugan.
