Something is preventing me from creating new pages, thinking that my acts are harmful, which they're not. How can this issue be resolved completely?
:Right now we have a spam filter preventing non-admins from creating pages. Without this filter, we would be overrun by spam. One of my upcoming goals is to figure out a solution that allows legitimate, autoconfirmed users the ability to create pages without opening the site up to spam issues.
