Changes

Cards with Flex allow the player to gain an additional effect if they have a card in play that costs 4 {{Energy}} or more. This will can trigger off [[Baku-Gear Card|Baku-Gear]], [[Evo Card|Evos]], [[Flip Hero Card|Flip Hero]], [[Hero Card|Hero]] or [[Geogan Card|Geogan]] cards in play.
