Jack and two of his friends each received invitations to the [[Evo Tournament]]. However, his friends lost their respective invitations to [[Julie Makimoto]] and [[Runo Misaki]].
Jack was one of the four winners of the tournament's preliminaries, and advanced onto the Master Evo Tournament. He faces Runo Misaki, but losesdue to Runo using the Daybreak ability and turning his Darkus bonus into Haos benefits.
