Koh appears older than his actual age due to his very muscular build. He has yellow eyes and spiky blue hair fastened by pink clips. Just like his [[Sho Grif|older brother]], he is often seen wearing his white uniform with blue linings.
After his Kilan Leoness evolved into Shield Leoness, Koh dyed his hair blonde and wears his uniform with yellow linings to match his newly evolved Guardian Partner Bakugan's color.
Years later in the series, after Shield Leoness evolved into Ogre Leoness, Koh dyed his hair back to blue to match his newly evolved Guardian Bakugan's color, while he seems to keep his uniform as before. .
