If you want to use a Special Evolution Bakugan, you should definitely choose a regular Bakugan it evolves from in your starting force of three Bakugan. So if you want to use a Special Evolution Quake Dragonoid, you need a Drago of less than 650 G-Power as one of your three Bakugan. Otherwise you’ll you'll never be able to evolve!
