Ryo decided to actually brawl after [[Dan]] almost broke his computer and [[Masquerade]] then recruited him to help defeat Dan. He brawls Dan and defeats him, but once Dan reunites with [[Drago (Dan Kuso)|Drago]], he loses to Dan in a rematch.
During the final battle against Naga, a news reporter questions how the Bakugan came to life. Ryo insults the reporter and exclaims that the Bakugan are not toys.
