Although Starter Sets and Booster Packs were produced and distributed containing cards from this set, Shields of Vestroia was never released by Spin Master as a result of the silent cancellation of the Trading Card Game in early 2021, though packs did become available through third party sellers as a result of the leftover stock being distributed to them.
