All titles should use the full name of the article subject. However, if the subject has multiple names, such as [[Spectra Phantom]]/Keith Fermin, the name the person originally went by at the time of his or her first introduction is the name that should be used. Titles should be in English. For pages that have no official title in English, an equivalent localized name should be used.
