Hello, and welcome to the wiki! Currently we have a spam filter in place to prevent new accounts with under 5 edits from uploading files or making pages. If you make five edits in something like your userspace (like [[User:VestroiaHero]] for example, then you should be able to upload. Let me know if you run into any issues, and thanks for the help!
