The first Bakugan tournament in Kerch ended with a sensation. 18.10.2011
Forty-eight boys, Bakugan fighters who had specially trained for the tournament, were unexpectedly defeated by a six-year-old girl.

Eva was the only girl at the tournament. The fighters competed in a tournament bracket until only one final winner remained. Our heroine passed through five tough rounds, defeating her opponents at each stage.

By becoming the champion of the first Bakugan tournament in Kerch, Eva won the BakuBowl Arena as her first-place prize, along with Bakugan game sets and an official collector’s poster. A special judge, Olena Buhaichuk, was invited from Dnipro for the championship in Kerch. She is an official Bakugan judge from the Zodiac company (Zodiac.dp.ua, Bakugan.com.ua).

Olena commented on the tournament as follows:
''Bakugan tournaments are actively held in Ukraine. More and more small towns are joining in and organizing such tournaments and competitions. Through our website Bakugan.com.ua, our company tries to provide as much information as possible about these events to everyone interested. This tournament in Kerch is a landmark event for the city and sets a great example for other toy stores across Ukraine. I hope Eva’s victory at the Bakugan tournament will inspire other girl fighters — and there are already quite a few of them.''

It’s worth noting that girls usually prefer to play with Zoobles (the “Bakugan for girls,” zoobles.com.ua), and only the bravest ones play Bakugan. Once again, let’s congratulate Eva on her victory and wish all Bakugan fans success in becoming true Bakugan Masters!
