| The card's name is usually printed as "Ultra Smaug", matching the codename of the character. Later prints instead use "Serpillious Ultra", which, while consistent with Bakugan Ultra from Geogan Rising and before, is not consistent with Bakugan Ultra from Evolutions and Legends. No known physical copies of this card are known to have the title "Ultra Serpillious".
