The Final Brawl (Game)

From The Bakugan Wiki

The Final Brawl is a Bakugan Flash Game that was originally on the Cartoonnetwork website. It takes place during Season 1 of the Anime, where the player takes control of Dan Kuso and Drago (Dragonoid) to brawl against his friends to prepare for the final battle against Masquerade. You must use attacks and cards strategically to win.

Gameplay:[edit]

Unlike the actual game, this game features battles with RPG-style turns. G-Power is also the amount of damage a Bakugan will deal, depending on the attack used and/or any card effects active. During their turn, each player chooses to attack or defend (which reduces incoming damage by half). They can also use one card of three that randomly generates at the bottom of the screen. Trivia[edit]

  • Interesting; this game seems to foreshadow the events of Episodes 35 - 38 of the Original Series, where Dan and Drago must fight their friends before finally fighting Hydranoid and Masquerade (and fully pass Apollonir's test), with a few key differences:
    • All Bakugan featured in this game had evolved at least once in the anime at the time those Episodes aired (with the exception of Preyas, who instead spawned Preyas II).
    • The order Drago fought his friends in this game was mix-matched. He fought Gorem first, Preyas second, Tigrerra third, and finally Skyress in the anime.
  • If a player chooses to defend, its incorrectly spelled as “Defensa”.
  • The Groundmorph card is very similar to Attribute Gate Cards from Season 1, and Reactor Gate Cards from Season 2. When used by the Player (Drago) or an NPC, it changes the background to the users corresponding Attribute, also reflecting the different worlds/spaces the Old Vestroia had.
    • When used by Drago, the background changes to volcanic mountains.
    • When used by Preyas, the background changes to a lake with frozen blocks of ice.
    • When used by Gorem, the background changes to a wasteland-type area.
    • When used by Skyress, the background becomes green and windy.
    • When used by Tigrerra, the background changes to a rocky mountain with bright lights.
    • When used by Hydranoid, the background changes to a dark mountain.
  • NPC's will always defend after using Parasite or Shield, but rarely after Vitality or Life Source. They will always attack after using Undercover or any card that increases damage.
  • Each of the Battle Brawlers and Masquerade make appearances in the game, but only on the Health bar of the Bakugan they are partnered with. Their eyes also glow at random times during a fight for some reason.
  • Both Hydranoid and Drago are the only Bakugan in the game able to deal more than 2000 damage in a single attack, should the right cards be played.
