In Bakugan, chase refers to figures designed to more collectable than standard releases. Unlike most Limited Edition Bakugan, these figures are designed to be found on store shelves and not exclusively given away through Spin Master or other companies.

Some notable examples of chase figures from the Bakugan Generation 2 are Diamonds and Prisma Dragonoid.

Types of Chase Bakugan

Diamond

Diamond Hydorous Ultra

Diamond Bakugan were introduced in the first season of the Bakugan Reboot, Bakugan Battle Planet. These Bakugan had clear plastic in place of a mold's usual opaque sections. There have been a number of different Diamond Bakugan released during the run of the Bakugan Reboot.

Elemental

Elemental Bakugan were first introduced in Bakugan: Geogan Rising, with transparent plastic and a slightly textured Faction-based patterning.

Ultra Rare

Ultra Rare Bakugan were specially released Bakugan that were placed in Wal-Marts and Targets around the United States. According to labels on their packaging, there were 1/500 or 1/1000 made of certain releases.

Prisma Dragonoid

Prisma Dragonoid

Prisma Dragonoid was sold during Wave 3 of Bakugan: Evolutions. It is an All-Faction Bakugan with prismatic coloration.
