*It is commonly thought that Artulean bears a resemblance to, and is likely based on, EVA-01 from ''Neon Genesis Evangelion'', this is due to the Darkus color scheme used in [[Battle Planet]] being very similar to the colors of EVA-01. Despite this, the reference is likely unintentional as Artulean bears no other resemblance to the character.
