A '''Starter Set''' is a product that contains forty [[Ability Card]]s as well as one [[Bakugan Ultra]] and two [[Core Bakugan]].
Starting in ''[[Armored Alliance]]'', Starter Sets where given the [[Bakugan Pro]] branding as was every other product related to the [[Trading Card Game]].
The cards ''are the same in every package'', so the forty card deck inside is the same for every Pyrus Hydorous Ultra Starter Set for example. The cards are great for players looking to start playing the game, more cards can be received from [[Booster Pack]]s.
