The Gauntlet was released as a toy during ''New Vestroia '', and later re-released during ''Gundalian Invaders'', as the '''BakuGauntlet'''. It functions as a calculator but also has a G-Power boost button, allowing the user to receive a randomized G-Power boost instead of the Gate bonus. It included three Ability Cards, one of which was the an exclusive card : [[Gauntlet Blast! (1/1ag)|]] in the ''New Vestroia'' release, and [[Gauntlet Blast! (1/1)]], which allows in the ''Gundalian Invaders'' release. Both cards allow players to receive both the Gate bonus ''and'' the G-Power boost. Due to the unpredictable nature of the G-Power boost button, the Gauntlet was banned from tournaments.{{Cite}}
The Gauntlet was re-released early in Gundalian Invaders' toyline since New Vestroia was still airing when the Gundalian Invaders toyline was first released. There were only minor changes, such as changing the Ability Cards to match the new style of cards, making the Gauntlet a lighter grey, and changing the graphic on the screen so that it looked more like it did in the anime. It also included a code that could be redeemed in ''[[Bakugan Dimensions]]'' to receive [[BakuCoins]].
