Net Throwers are pistol-like devices, that shoot nets that wrap around the enemy. They were possibly made by the Vestals. They were only seen once in the anime, in Mylene's Meltdown, when they were used by Marucho, Baron, Mira, Ace, and Julie to capture Mylene and Shadow Prove who tried to invade Marucho's house. However, they were not very effective, since Mylene was able to cut and dodge the nets.
