A Character Card is a type of Card that always comes alongside a Bakugan in order to identify the Bakugan and show its stats. They are not Ability Cards so they have a different design on the back of the card; this also means they do not have a Card rarity like Rare or Bakugan Elite. Character Cards are required to play the Toy Battling Game and Trading Card Game. Character Cards also are required to evolve Bakugan.
A Character Card displays:
- A Bakugan's name (Pegatrix, Dragonoid, Nillious)
- A Bakugan's Faction (
Haos, 
Darkus - A Bakugan's Paired BakuCores (

) - A Bakugan's B-Power (
500, also printed on the Bakugan itself) - A Bakugan's Damage Rating (2

A Dual Faction Card is a type of Ability Card in the Bakugan Battle Planet gameplay. These cards count as two different Factions, allowing them to be played by in decks with each respective Faction. There are Action, Flip, and Hero Dual Faction Cards.
