BakuBolt is a series of Super Assault Bakugan that light up, blink, and sometimes make sounds.

In episode 52 of Bakugan: New Vestroia, Lumitroid was seen and heard making the same sounds that it does in its toy form.

- In every Wave of Gundalian Invaders Bakugan there has been a BakuBolt. Wave 1 having Lumitroid, Wave 2 having Glotronoid, Wave 3 having Apexeon, Wave 4 having Irisca, and Wave 5 having Volt Elezoid.
- Apexeon and Lumitroid are the only BakuBolt's that have light and sound.
- Coincidentally, a majority of the BakuBolt happen to have a light resemble an eye.
