Bakugan.com is the official Bakugan website. It is used to promote the franchise, and has undergone several significant revisions over Bakugan's history.

Post-Reboot Bakugan.com currently consists of multiple sections:
- Products - page listing some of the official product.
- Universe - page that gives brief synopsis of the show, as well as description of Factions.
- Characters - page with description of Awesome Brawlers (except Ajit), and some human antagonists, like both Exit Teams members, Brakken, Philomena Dusk, Benton Dusk, some people who got possessed by Haavik and others.
- Bakulog - page listing almost all currently existing Reboot Bakugan, with their descriptions, and both toy and monster form images.
- Rules & Glossary - page explaining how to play the game.
- Videos - page with some commercials, how to play TBG video and folding guide for some Battle Planet Bakugan.
- Videogame - page promoting Champions of Vestroia videogame.
- News and Events - page with some franchise news.
- Downloads - page with materials you can download, like wallpapers and else.
Official site gets updates really rarely, with lots of information being outdated (Lia having Gorthion as her partner, no information on Ajit and else).
Generation 3[edit]
On June 19th, 2023, the Bakugan.com website was renovated to cover the third Generation of Bakugan.
