Hard Water is the twelfth episode of Bakugan (2023). It aired on Netflix on September 1, 2023, alongside Octogan Wrong!.
Plot[edit]
The Misfit Clan is hanging out at the pool when a hologram of Chip interrupts their fun. Later at the Misfit MOD, Dan discuses making an alliance with another Clan, possibly the Aquatic Clan as they haven't met them yet.
The Misfit Clan later meet the Aquatic Clan's leader, Rip. Drago says they are looking for an ally, so Rip takes them to their MOD. The Aquatic Clans MOD is inside a sunken ship. It turns out that the Aquatic Clan had no intention of partnering with the Misfits, they just wanted to see what everyone has been talking about them. Rip believes the Misfit Clan is a joke, their MOD is in a place anyone can see, their Bakugan are mixtures of different types, and their base is filled with junk. Dan is mad at his clan being insulted by Rip, but Juno decides to be the one to brawl against Rip.
Bruiser battles against Rip's Bakugan, Razor. Juno attempts to reach a B.A.M. but fails to reach it due to the waves in the battle arena. Rip uses his surfboard to reach a power-up and tells Razor to use Shock Waves. Juno looks around and spots a B.A.M. on a waterfall, but Rip comments not even he can get that. Juno's mentality is a challenge makes things more fun, so she jumps down to touch the B.A.M. Bruiser belly flops into the water, but he and Juno are distracted, leading Razor to launch an attack that ends up defeating Bruiser.
Back at the Misfit MOD, Dan and friends are frustrated that everyone is biased against them. Juno isn't that frustrated, she ends up hacking into the Aquatic Clan's hideout to increase the water level and wash the Aquatic Clan out as revenge.
