Negate is a Card Effect that refers to the ability for a player to cancel the effects of an opponent's card.

Effect

Playing a card with a negating effect allows you to cancel an opposing player's card. The type of card you are allowed to cancel, either an Action Card or Hero Card, is determined by the specific text of the card being played.
