Harou Kido (木戸覇凰(きどはろう), Kido Harou?), also known as Haro Dodgy (ハロー・ドギー, Harō dogī?), is a character from the BakuTech! Bakugan manga. He is a Pyrus Brawler and his Guardian Bakugan is G-Ganorada.

Harou is a spiky red-haired and green-eyed young man. He wears a fiery orange and yellow jacket; red and white long-sleeved shirt, white pants, red boots; and lastly, a dark green choker. His outfit and appearance gives the impression of a magnificent, fiery brawler and an older brother figure to Harubaru and Raichi.

Harou has an upbeat, optimistic and brotherly personality. He is always seen with a bright smile in his face. Despite being a champion, he is down-to-earth and is more than willing to share his techniques to younger brawlers. He also sees the good side in everybody he meets. This earned him the respect and affection of Harubaru, Raichi and Tatsuma who all look up to him as their Big Bro Haro (ハロ兄, Haro nii?).
