Master Grizz is a tall, imposing and muscular young man with gray hair. He wears a brown drape and a brown bear hat denoting his Partner Bakugan and Attribute. He has a large, cross-shaped scar across the right side of his chest.

His name refers to a Grizzly Bear which is also the animal that his Guardian Bakugan looks alike.
