Physical Game

Like Jigen Dragaon, Yodan Shifour is able to transform into four modes.

Image Description
Shifour Mode Ichi.jpg Normal mode, shaped as sphere with 2 claws, that can be used to stop opponent's Bakugan from moving further. It seem to be oriented on double stands.
Shifour Mode Ni.jpg In this form, top of sphere is opened in forward, making pattern on it to look like face. This mode is defensive, and can deflect Bakugan rolling on high speed.
Shifour Mode San.jpg Rap-like mode, that both acts as occupy mode and can be used for deflecting opponent's roll from its trajectory.
Shifour Mode Yon.jpg In fully opened form, Yodan looks similar to Acro Gezard, acting pretty much the same way.

Etymology

The Kanji in the Japanese name of Yodan Shifour, (On: se, sei/ Kun: yo), means world. 'Yodan' is derived from the Japanese for four phases, 四段 (yodan), which may be the origin of the Bakugan's Kanji. 'Shifour' is derived from the Japanese for four, (shi), and its English. The derivations of both words refer to its ability to transform into four modes.
