There are large number of different symbols that convey different information in the Bakugan franchise. This page contains a list of symbols in the Bakugan Legacy Game and the Reboot Trading Card Game.

Attributes and Factions

• Pyrus - Pyrus is generally considered to represent fire.

Trading Card Game

General Symbols

• B-Power: B-Power is the general way of determining the winner of a Bakugan brawl. Unless other conditions apply, the highest B-Power wins.
• Damage: Damage determines how much damage a player takes after losing a brawl.
• Energy: Energy determines how much an Ability Card costs to utilize.
• Fusion: Fusion Bakugan are a special type of Bakugan that have two-sided Character Cards. They start out Unfused, and upon fulfilling specific conditions unique to the Bakugan, they can flip over to the Fused side of the card.

• Fist: The Fist BakuCore type
• Flaming Fist: The Flaming Fist BakuCore type
• Helix: The Helix BakuCore type
• Magic Shield: The Magic Shield BakuCore type
• Shield: The Shield BakuCore type

Combat Keywords

• Add Core (Unofficial name): Adds a Core from the Hide Matrix to the player's active Bakugan.
• Draw: Draws one or more cards from the top of the player's deck.
• DoubleStrike: Makes your Bakugan deal double their damage on Victor.
• Dual Baku-Gear: Enables a Baku-Gear Card to be equipped as a second Baku-Gear.
• FrostStrike: Causes the opponent's flip cards to cost more Energy.
• Remove Core (Unofficial name): Removes a Core from the Hide Matrix from an opposing active Bakugan.
• Reroll: Allows the Bakugan to Reroll on miss.
• Scan: Lets the player look at the top card of their deck, and either leave it on top or put it at the bottom of their deck.
• ShadowStrike: Makes a Bakugan unable to have its B-Power or Damage reduced.
• Steal Core (Unofficial name): Takes a core from an opposing active Bakugan and adds it to the player's active Bakugan.
• Team Attack (Keyword): Forces a Team Attack.

Tag-Word Abilities

• Victor: Activates special effects when the Brawl is won by the Player.
• Team Attack (Tag-Word): Activates special effects when a Team Attack is initiated by the Player.
