Elemental
Elemental Bakugan, also known as Elemental-Rare is a type of Chase Rarity of Bakugan in the Bakugan Reboot, introduced in Bakugan: Geogan Rising. They are Variant Bakugan that can rarely be found in stores. They are listed as "Ultra Rare" and are rarer than Diamond Bakugan. Elemental Bakugan have an altered Character Card featuring a texture in the name and text box and the character extended over the card frame.
The translucent and special paint design is similar to the 1/500 Limited Edition Dragonoid and Dragonoid x Tretorous from Bakugan: Armored Alliance.

Physical Game
Bakugan: Geogan Rising
Initially launched in third season of Reboot, they were presented as translucent Bakugan with special Faction-related printed pattern on them. They were most rare type of the Bakugan at the moment and comes only in single pack. Each wave had 1 Ultra and 1 Core Elemental Bakugan, usually being printed in the primary faction of that Bakugan, with the exception being Crustillion.
Bakugan: Evolutions
In the fourth season, few changes were made to the Elemental bakugan. They were renamed to "Elemental Rare", and were not rarest type of the Bakugan with the introduction of "Evo-Rare" Bakugan, which are even rarer than the Elemental Bakugan. Also, Elemental Bakugan do now come in different variants form Geogan Rising ones: Bakugan Mythic and Core Bakugan now come as Translucent Flip bakugan, and Platinum Bakugan use metal of primary Faction color instead of secondary color, while having elemental patterns. Core Elemental Bakugan are identical to the Geogan Rising ones
