Cee is a minor, former antagonist character from the Reboot series that debuted in Bakugan Battle Planet.
He worked for AAAnimus Inc. in order to get the Awesome Brawlers' Bakugan, but was fired after many repeated failures. He currently does good deeds with The Exit Team, which also is the middle member of it.
He uses a Darkus Mantonoid as his partner Bakugan.
