Hydranoid (ヒドラノイド, Hidoranoido?) is a hydra-like Bakugan that debut in Bakugan Battle Planet. It has been seen in the Behind the Battle shorts alongside Nillious and Serpenteze. An Aquos Hydranoid is used by Benton Dusk.

Three Ventus variants also appeared in the following series: one used as a component for Hydranoid x Aquos in Bakugan: Armored Alliance, one wielded by Strata the Hunter in Bakugan: Geogan Rising, and one as a Ventus villager in Vestroia in Bakugan: Evolutions.

He is an Aquos five-headed snake monster - viciously cruel and abusive toward his opponents. Each head is able to attack with different special abilities and combined, are a wicked force that leaves few unscathed. His main weakness is that each head has its own idea of how best to approach a battle, which often leaves him fighting against himself.[1]

- Despite misconceptions, this Bakugan only takes the name of Hydranoid and is likely based off the Lernaean Hydra, which is why it is an Aquos Bakugan.
- Its official description states that Hydranoid has seven heads. However, Hydranoid is only ever depicted with five heads.
