Cubbo (カブー, Kabū^?) is a Bakugan Battle Planet bear cub Bakugan species. A Haos Cubbo is partnered with Lia Venegas and is her third Bakugan. An Aurelus Cubbo is the ruler of Cubbo Land.

In Bakugan: Geogan Rising, Cubbo was re-released with seven unique costumed variants. These kept the same concept of Cubbo from Battle Planet, but now had costumes and different Character Card values.

The most adorable of all the Bakugan (also the most obnoxious). Cubbo is a fierce personality trapped in a super-cute Bakugan shell. This Haos Bakugan is a natural fit for the Haos Awesome Brawler, Lia. She saw past his prickly temperament and recognized his potential. He prefers to avoid major battles, but once engaged, he uses unorthodox abilities to compensate for his size.

Dragonoid Cubbo

Noble and true, Dragonoid is…wait a minute! That’s not Dragonoid. It’s our funny (and frustrating) friend Cubbo! Let’s start over. Annoying and obnoxious, Cubbo is committed to achieving peak laziness. When he’s not lounging around wearing his Dragonoid onesie, he’s…lounging around wearing something else.

Pirate Cubbo

Arrr, maties! No one be safe when the notorious (and obnoxious) Pirate Cubbo sails the seven seas. Shiver me timbers, even Krakelious and Hydranoid shake in their booties upon the sight of this eyepatch-wearin’, wooden-legged beast of a bear.

Party Cubbo

YEEEEAHHH BOY! No dance floor can contain this dancing bear! Whether he’s dropping it like it’s hot, poppin’ and lockin’, or workin’ on his twerkin’, Party Cubbo always takes the party to 11, but no further, because it’s nap time at 12.

Magician Cubbo

If you’ve ever wondered who made the rest of the pizza disappear, look no further than Magician Cubbo. Entertaining and mysterious (but mostly annoying), seeing Magician Cubbo will be the most interesting part of your day (for better or worse).

Nillious Cubbo

Already a bit of a bad boy, Cubbo takes the mischievousness up a notch when he becomes Nillious Cubbo! What’s the only thing scarier than two dragon heads? Two dragon heads sandwiching a cute teddy bear head.

Sheriff Cubbo

Howdy, partners. There’s a new sheriff in town, and he just happens to be the cutest and most annoying bear you’ve ever met. He may not be quick on the draw, but you won’t want to get in his way when it’s High Noon (because that’s his lunch time).

King Cubbo

Cubbo already spent most of this time sitting down and telling people what to do, so being a king is right up his alley. A royal pain in the butt, King Cubbo tends to annoy his subjects more than lead them. But it’s not every day you can find a king and a jester in one package.

Bakugan Battle Planet

Cubbo first appears in Honey Struck in closed ball form in Lia's hair. The AO discover that Cubbo was one of the Bakugan trapped by Strata the Hunter in The Maze, and he secretly hid himself in Lia's hair to hitchhike. Cubbo reveals himself to the AO and shows his Bakugan Form, which surprises the AO because Cubbo is smaller than all of them, including Shun. Cubbo appears as a mischievous Bakugan, eating chips and sitting on the couch, while also crying to the Rowdy Reds that he needs a partner, but twisting his statement by telling them to throw away their "scary" Bakugan.

The Awesome Ones later test Cubbo's strength in battle, but despite his size - his attacks manage to work on their Bakugan. Lia ends the battle and hugs Cubbo, realizing that he just needed a partner, Cubbo turns into ball form and joins Lia as her third partner Bakugan.

Geogan Rising

Cubbo saw a re-release in its own toyline releasing during Geogan Rising, in the form of multiple costumed Cubbo variants. Each different design has its own unique tooling for the toy, as well as Character Cards with effects and stats that are different from the Battle Planet versions.

Trivia

• Cubbo is the only Bakugan in the Reboot Anime to be animated in Bakugan Form in 2D.
